The world is rapidly embracing autonomy, from self-driving cars and robotic assistants to the Internet of Things and AI-powered software. This emerging technology holds immense potential but also presents unique challenges. To thrive in this dynamic environment, professionals need a deep understanding of autonomous systems and the skills to critically evaluate their implementation, ensuring a balance between business impact and resource efficiency.
EURECOM is part of the high profile EIT Digital Master in Autonomous System and Intelligent Robots (AUSIR)
EURECOM is offering a specialization in Sensing, Communicating and Processing Big Data for Autonomous Systems. This specialization aims at describing the methods and tools to process and analyse data from sensors (big data integration, semantic interoperability, data mining and analytics) and at understanding the communication mechanisms adapted to the sensors' constraints (low energy consumption, limited computing capacities, etc.).
Skills taught in the Autonomous Systems Programme
Consequently, this master specialisation is at the crossroad between communication systems and data science skills. The programme has an integrated technical content (Technical major) and business content (Innovation & Entrepreneurship – I&E minor), providing you with a well-rounded skillset for future success. An integral part of the second year is a Masters thesis (30 ECTS).
