The Research Project Finance Manager oversees the financial monitoring of research projects, ensures budget compliance, prepares financial reports, and supports teams in the administrative and accounting management of their projects.
This Research Project Finance Manager position will report hierarchically to the Project Control Manager, within EURECOM’s Finance Unit.

Main Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing project proposal files in response to calls for projects with the relevant researcher and finance team.
- Administrative and budgetary monitoring of a project portfolio: agreements, forecasts, cost statements.
- Collect researchers’ activity data and monitor activity reports (timesheets).
- Update various dashboards related to Research.
Profile Required:
- Holder of a Bac +2/3 degree in management, preferably with a financial focus, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience, ideally in a similar field. Key skills for this position include:
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel (tracking tables, simple formulas) and adaptability to integrated management software such as CEGID.
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills, with ease in collaborative work.
- Rigorous, reliable, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to maintain and update Excel tracking tables while ensuring data consistency.
- Ability to communicate in English with non-French-speaking researchers.
